LG Optimus L70 (LGMS323) BRICKED(?)

So i was messing around with my phone and i by mistake got it into flashboot mode. trying to get out of it, i blindly and stupidly followed a random post on it and now my phones screen is blank. vibrates on startup. I REALLY NEED HELP WITH THIS SO PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!
