Touch is not working with fingers ,only works with S-pen after using Ez Disabler !!

I installed EZ package disabler , And I disabled few packages ( Gear Service,BBC Service,Beacon Manager.Briefing and excel ) and after that phone Stopped recognizing my fingers touch , I am able to touch by S pen but not by fingers .I enabled those packages - didn't work , So I did factory reset from Recovery still same .
What should I do ?
