Moto g 3rd gen 6.0 1st jan 2016 frp bypass

Ive tried a million things to unlock developer options even managed to install nova launcher and guess what? I used the search bar too and found no guide or anything helpful for version 6.0 with the 1st January 2016 security patch.

Can anyone help me out with this?
