So i have the z5 and for about 2 weeks the files that i download/recive on whats app/facebook or other apps don't appear in the album and music player. I can see and use the files if i use a file explorer but they just don't appear in the gallery and music. I did a factory reset and this didn't fixed it . Any sugestions?
