Can't mount /cache/recovery . HELP !

My phone was stuck in cwm and can't get out . I have tried wipe data/factory reset , wipe/format cache , wipe dalvik cache ,but this msg is still open

E:Can't open/cache/recovery/log
E:Can't mount /cache/recovery/last_log
E:Can't open/cache/recovery/last_log
