I patched my G2 LS980 with G2 D802 patch >>>> HELP

after i flash a G2 D802 patch on my G2 LS980 everytime i try to flash a stock rom for my LS980 it say " Device model is different ! "
and this is my problem that i flash a D802 patch on my LS980 by a mistake
and i just want to know if there is an LS980 patch to restore my phone version to the original version :(
