Unable to upload profile picture on hike messenger on my oneplus two

Does any one knows that why i must be not able to upload profile picture on hike messenger?
I have tried all the roms including the stock rom still i ma unable to upload. The error message which i am getting is unable to open image??
Can anyone please guide me hw to fix this problem on oneplus two??
