Vzw GS4 Please Help!!!!!!

So seems I cant find a lead anywhere, I have A SGS4 i had on verizon with following info
tried using app store > flash custom recovery > start up failed result
cant get cwm to work,
tried using odin 3.9 AP tab to install custom recovery and it goes thru the process and fails at end thats using newest cwm version download .tar file

Is there a way to just completely wipe this phone from vzw software to cricket software including recovery, firmware, OS? maybe using odin, and is there something i need to do to allow odin function,

Thats all the info my phone says, its a vzw galaxy s4, i have root access thru kingroot and tried used flashfire to flash a custom recovery, now when i try to boot into recovery it says start up failed to use vzw repair to fix, and i cant seem to find any info.
Im trying to get past this stuff and gain the access i need to flash this phone to cricket software,
Gosh please someone help point fingers to right path??????? im medioker on knowing what im doing but havent played w it in a couple yrs
