Best option to select for Titanium Backup to restore sms/mms on new ROM?

Using Titanium Backup to restore sms/mms. I've moved to a different Lolipop ROM. What's the best restore option to select in TB so I don't encounter issues? I've read system data is bad to restore when moving ROMs.
