M9 Firmware Update

Hello. I've Been trying to Root my phone and install ViperOne on my M9 but I have ran into a problem.

I've Rooted and Installed TWRP version 3.0.0.0 and I have also got S-off But I still have my default 5.0 Android on my Phone and i need it to 3.35.401.12 or 3.35.617.12 Firmware to install ViperOne.

I'm from Australia so i Assumed I get the International Version.

But every time I try to flash it I get this Error:
