Doogee x5 want install cm, or custom rom. (no custom recovery-locked bootloader).

I have a Doogee X5.

Firmware: DOOGEE-X5.2016/05/04
Kernel: 3.4.5DOOGEEinfo@doogee.cc.2016.05.04
Version Nr: DOOGEE-X5-B-Android5.1-2016.05.04

I want to install custom rom. Cannot install custom recovery, due to locked bootloader. adb oem unlock ????????????????
Do i need a 16-digit code, or can i unlock it somehow?
Every time i unlock it, it automatically wipes data/factory default.
Maybe i don't know via flash tools.
