0 Serial Number

I've bought a secondhand LG V10 (F600L) korean variant.. And I just noticed that my Serial Number was 0..
Wasn't able to use lgup to flash kdz nor the lg flash tool and LG Bridge..

I am thinking that this might be the problem why I can't do those.. :(
Please help.. :(
