After bootloop repair I cannot find one app

Hi, I got my LG G4 repaired after bootloop and right now i'm trying to get my phone to look like before, but I'm missing one app/mod. I set up my on-screen keys to look like this: < O (i dont remember third one i think it wasn't [] but as I said, i am not sure, it might have been three lines or something simmilar) which worked as back home more and long press (i was able to set custom timing with this app too! like 2s or 3s) showed mi current running/last app screen.
I thought it was one of the G4 tweaksbox features but i cannot find it there (reinstalled last lolipop version 1.2)

Can someone help me with my search?
