Debug android app crashing on the go

My app has been crashing when I take it out on the road with me. Notably when I swap between apps but sometimes while it's running. I will try and resume the app and receive either "MyApp has stopped working" or the app will have automatically restarted itself. Unfortunately it works 100% of the time when I'm at home and plugged in to the computer where I can properly debug it. I can't seem to reproduce it at all.

I usually have no problem debugging problems by myself when I'm given errors to work with. I just need to find a crash log for the app.
