Samsung S3-Mini SM-G730A UD

Soft bricked this phone and can't get into recovery to fix it. I can get into download mode and flash thru Odin, but write
protection won't let me load anything. Or it seems to load and still stuck at ATT logo. Any help much appreciated. Keep
getting "SECURECHECK WRITE FAILED".
