Javascript error on an app that has GPS Fleet Tracking

I have a mobile app for my driver to capture pickup and deliver info and it also has GPS tracking. When logged in checking GPS status on the driver it shows a number of JavaScript Timeout errors at different times in his day and sometimes back to back. When this is happening, no info is recorded from the app showing deliveries, pickups or anything it normally would be. I use other note 4's and it works fine. The exact error reads: "JavaScript timeout (enabled)(LA 280 RB) repeated 2 times". The number after LA changes all the time and is not consistent. I do have more than one phone doing this. Any ideas on what could be causing this and how to fix would be greatly appreciated. The app vendor has not been able to help fix it at all.
