I need a beginners guide to installing Android Marshmallow on Samsung Galaxy Tab S

Hi. I have already rooted my tab S. Checked by google for instructions. But when I look at the Android developer instructions in the thread for installing Marshmallow I do not know what to do. Can someone help me please?
