From B574 to B564

Hy guys,as you can see in the title i want to go back to B564,i have a lots of short frezes and sometime the phone freeze completly. And after that it's an imposibile mission to surf on the internet (not really but something like that),the page everytime go up and again some short frezes. How can i install the old version B564? I tried to put the B560 and update but he jump directly to 574...:(
