Flash a Albe95 port! Help!

hi everyone. at first sorry for my english, i'm not an american or something like this. i've got a problem. my phone is Samsung Galaxy S4 as you already know. i want to flash a port Note 5 v2.5 by Albe95 but i don't want to do that incorrectly. on my phone i've got installed S6 port v3.0 by Albe95. i've already read a post about flashing that port but the question is can i just flash that port without any problems? i flashed a twrp and i've got a root if it would be necessary and the next step is flashing the latest modem and bootloader for Lollipop on Galaxy S4. actually my modem on S6 port is i9505XXUHOB8 (kernel - Imperium Kernel v2.1). will it be everything okey with my phone if i'll just flash the latest modem and bootloader on this S6 port with different modem etc. and next flash a port Note 5? thank you all from the advance. you all do a great job at this forum! ;)
